Five years ago, Indie Pearls started as a community initiative created by people who simply love indie games.
Today, we are proud to announce the beginning of Indie Pearls 2026 – the fifth edition of our annual awards celebrating the most memorable, creative, and inspiring indie games from around the world.
What is Indie Pearls?
Indie Pearls is an independent, community-driven awards initiative organized by game developers, journalists, creators, reviewers, and passionate players.
Our goal is simple:
to celebrate outstanding indie games and the people behind them.
We believe indie games are not defined by scale, but by vision.
Over the years, we have had the privilege of recognizing games that pushed boundaries in storytelling, design, music, and artistic expression – while also giving players a voice through the Audience Award.

Every edition has helped us build a stronger community of creators, players, and indie enthusiasts who believe that great games deserve to be celebrated.
The Fifth Edition Starts Now
Preparations for Indie Pearls 2026 are already underway.
Our jury is currently building this year’s selection and exploring many exciting indie titles that may soon become part of the competition.
The winners will be revealed during our online ceremony, scheduled for the last week of February 2027.
More details will be announced in the coming months.
